Head of Customer Success

Job Overview:

The Head of Customer Success, is a vital part of the management team for Teikametrics' rapid growth. Your role is to be a coach and strategic planner for our team of Customer Success reps helping thousands of entrepreneurial ecommerce sellers.

You will ensure the Customer Success team successfully attains our key performance metrics around product engagement, MRR, churn, and upselling. Additionally, you will work effectively and collaboratively with other managers and leaders across the broader sales and product teams to drive success for both customers and Teikametrics.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Customer Success team so each customer success rep can succeed
  • Build a team that wins, has fun and lives our values
  • Drive the team towards key performance metrics
  • Prioritize where we invest our product development resources for customers
  • Prepare and educate your team and customers on new features and releases
  • Build awesome relationships with the customers you work with
  • Work with our Product team to prioritize customer requests and issue resolution
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution


  • 5+ years of customer success preferably within a SaaS organization
  • 5+ years of management experience preferably within a SaaS organization
  • Strong track record of defining and executing against key performance indicators
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with a customer success team
  • Ability to challenge team members and be challenged to achieve team goals
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and communication skills
  • The ability to think strategically and to lead
  • Excellent data analytics skills
  • Bachelor's degree required
