The Head of Customer Success, is a vital part of the management team for Teikametrics' rapid growth. Your role is to be a coach and strategic planner for our team of Customer Success reps helping thousands of entrepreneurial ecommerce sellers.
You will ensure the Customer Success team successfully attains our key performance metrics around product engagement, MRR, churn, and upselling. Additionally, you will work effectively and collaboratively with other managers and leaders across the broader sales and product teams to drive success for both customers and Teikametrics.
